Your Role

Working in care no two days will be the same and your role will be exciting and varied. 

Each of our clients have their own personal plan of care where you will find not only their practical requirements but also their likes, dislikes, lifestyle choices and support networking details.

Some of our main responsibilities are listed below:

  • Assisting with personal needs including washing, dressing, skincare and oral care
  • Continence management and catheter care
  • Medication administration and management
  • Food preparation and nutritional support 
  • Assisting with mobility and using appropriate equipment
  • Monitoring health and wellbeing and supporting emotional needs
  • Assisting with household needs such as laundry and shopping
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting issues promptly 
  • You need to be caring and compassionate individual who is committed and enthusiastic 
  • You need to work well in a team and also be pro-active and responsible when working alone
