Since our doors opened over 4 years ago, we pride ourselves on providing a professional domiciliary care service that has since become a viable alternative to residential care homes. With the support of our experienced care team, we’re able to support those with complex conditions to live safely and comfortably at home.

We believe that a huge part of supporting complex conditions is investing in research and organisations that work towards making life better for people, which is why we have a host of professional memberships to reflect the families that we support.

Healthcare Support provides a mandatory induction course to ensure all our carers only offer the highest quality of care. These accolades mark our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of training and induction.

All of our carers complete a rigorous assessment programme including manual handling, first aid, condition-led care, medication, equality & diversity, personal care and safeguarding. 

As well as completing regular refresher training, we invest in our carers and encourage them to enhance their theoretical and practical skills in areas that are of particular interest to them.

You will only ever receive care from someone who is equipped with the necessary skills to support you, so not only will the carer be matched with you based on personality, but to the requirements that benefit your overall wellbeing.

Unlike many other home care providers, our roots enable us to be small enough to care yet big enough to handle any situation. From our first days within the industry, our work centred around domiciliary care – also known as visiting care. This could be anything from light household duties, to helping customers get up, washed and dressed ready for a new day. The majority of our customers were in their senior years, with only a handful being under the age of 65.

As the business grows, so does our ability to cater for a variety of different needs and conditions. From ages 18 all the way to 100 and beyond, we cater for anyone in need of support at home, providing much more that traditional domiciliary care. 

We now have an extensive workforce of carers who are able to care for the customers in their own homes and constantly be on hand. Not only does this provide peace of mind for customers and loved ones that their care needs are being met, it enables them to retain independence and live the life they want to.
